These website terms are intentionally simple. Product source is governed by its repository license; paid design partnerships require a separate written scope.
Informational website
This website describes Aegis, its current public product surfaces, research direction, and commercial evaluation options. Information may change as the product develops. A roadmap statement is not a warranty that a feature will ship by a particular date.
Open-source software
The Aegis source repository is governed by the license and notices included in that repository. The public website does not replace or modify those license terms.
No security guarantee
Aegis is security software, but neither the website nor the product should be interpreted as a guarantee that software is vulnerability-free, incident-free, compliant with a particular framework, or safe in every environment. Security conclusions depend on scope, configuration, evidence, and the checks actually performed.
Design partnerships and paid work
Any paid pilot, design partnership, enterprise evaluation, or other commercial engagement requires a separate written scope that defines services, responsibilities, data handling, pricing, and applicable legal terms before work begins.
Responsible use
Controlled validation and security testing should only be used on systems the operator owns or is explicitly authorized to test. The public project documentation describes relevant safety boundaries.
